Complaint Histories
The software provides inquires for authenticated users to display details of risk data such as complaints. This data is selected from the Matter Management system.
The types of inquiries are generally as follows:
- detail list of matters showing commencement and completion dates, category of matter, outcome and other de-identified details
- summary list of transactions showing the number of matters by matter category, outcome, or nature of matter with sub-totals for each of the last 5 financial years
Potential risk alerts based upon the number of incidents are highlighted on the display.
