- creation of emails from within in the matter utilising interfaces to the address book and sent items folder of the local mailbox
- ability to store the emails as text entries within the database or as rich text fields
- ability to import mail items (with attachments) from either the inbox or sent items folder of the local mailbox and record these details against the matter profile
