Matter Management Integration
The portal software integrates tightly with our matter management software. The identity and subscription management details are stored against the subscribers within the regulatory database and every form/notification submission is created as a new matter. This matter information is stored in the same regulatory database as all the non-portal based matters and is managed by the same controls, workflow and reporting processes.
