Matter Profiling
This component provides a high degree of configurability. The types of configurable data are:
- matter types and their associated data attributes
- matter codes and drop-down lists
- document sets for matter type (i.e. precedent documents)
- call types for matter interactions
- workflow and assessment templates for matter type
This component also allows recording of the following supplementary information relating to the matter, such as:
- linkages to persons and organisations referenced by the matter
- linkages to OBO's (acting on-behalf of) for persons/organisations referenced by the matter
- emails sent and received (including attachments)
- phone calls, file notes or visits made by the client or staff
- free-text summaries
- fees/charges and receipts
- processing costs/time recording
- third party details and cross references to other matters
- clock-on/clock-off (suspensions) and extensions for managing compliance days
