Products
The products offered by a supplier can have the following attributes:
- related subscription groups and subscriber types
- basis for charging (i.e. complimentary, fixed price, tiered price, etc.)
- subscription period for calculating the renewal/expiry date (if not complimentary)
Products can also be bundled into packages to allow for easy subscription to a package rather than a list of individual products.
Products will also contain all the necessary data controls that are used by the portal to link the product to a generated web form as well as linking this web form to a matter type for the subscriber. This will then create an appropriate matter within the matter management software upon submission of the completed form on the portal.
