Security Model
A comprehensive security model exists within the software which defines users as members of groups. These groups in turn have their access rights defined as to what functions they are entitled to access within the software.
In addition to this, there is a transactional level of security which allows for individual users or groups to have specific access rights assigned, based upon either the type of data they are trying to access, the type of function on the window, or combinations of both.
