Subscription Manager
The portal software assumes that an organisation subscriber will also be known as a 'subscription manager' within that organisation. The lodgement of forms via the portal will often require input and collaboration from multiple employees within an organisation. To make this both efficient and effective, a subscription manager will be allowed to create additional user logins to the portal for that organisation to allow these users to participate in the compilation and submission of these forms as well as access the necessary compliance and risk management data inquiries for the organisation where appropriate.
This will be a self-management process. The subscription manager may only create login accounts for users within the subscribed organisation. These users are referred to as 'authorised users'. There will be a finite number of these logins allowed for an organisation. The subscription manager is able to manage access rights to the portal products for these users based upon the subscriptions of the organisation.
The system will also enforce a password expiry regime for these 'authorised users' to help minimise inappropriate access by inactive users. The subscription manager will also be able to maintain the login accounts and passwords for these 'authorised users'.
